Who we are
Pixel Yields (“we”, “us”) is a digital marketing studio operating atpixelyields.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if given), website URL, the service you’re interested in, and your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare your requested audit.
Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve the site securely and mitigate abuse. Our spam-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) analyses limited browser signals to distinguish people from bots.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Who we share it with
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Resend (an email delivery service). The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us athello@pixelyields.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted prominently.
